PRAX Studio has been engaged to deliver a new townhouse development in Camp Hill. From the outset, the project brief was to deliver a high quality offering that distinguishes itself from competing product. Our response was to keep massing and geometry elegant and uncomplicated while maximising the potential of this unique site. The result is a development in which all units enjoy uninterrupted views across the expansive green spaces opposite the site from generous elevated living areas. Outdoor living areas on the upper levels are screened by delicate timber battens, giving a sense of enclosure and privacy from the street while allowing breezes to filter through.   

We are also engaged to provide interior design services on this project and our strategy here aligns with the overall project objectives. The result is an understated elegance featuring a palette of high-quality natural materials that invoke a sense of warmth and richness while also being efficiently planned to maximise the use of available space.
