We have been engaged by the owner of a CBD commercial office tower to explore the potential for a significant repositioning of the aging asset. Our strategy was to embrace the distinctive green colouring of the existing tower and deploy a complementary palette of materials including weathered copper, timber and brushed aluminium in addition to generous areas of indoor and outdoor sub-tropical landscaping.   

The scope of work comprised a new podium with improved street-level activation and permeable sub-tropical facades topped by cascading landscaped roof terraces, a new commercial foyer at ground level with a new entry at the prominent street corner, significant additional NLA over three podium levels and generous covered outdoor roof terraces accessible from the interior.
