The Hillview Collection is a series of six luxury townhouses set into the steep slope of Down Street, Bowen Hills. By embedding parking and services within the hillside, the design lifts the main living spaces above the terrain, opening them to sweeping views of the Brisbane skyline.
Each residence features four bedrooms, dual living areas, triple garage, and generous covered terraces delivering a seamless flow between inside and out.
The architecture balances outlook and climate response: the western façade is defined by a rhythm of vertical windows angled away from the low afternoon sun. This subtle rotation provides both solar protection and frames views of the city. Deep horizontal projections further articulate the façade, offering shading and visual depth while contributing to the building’s distinct identity. The result is a contemporary, site-responsive design that transforms a challenging slope into a defining feature of the project.
